Friendly owner greeted us upon arrival and encouraged us to be in touch if there were any issues, which there weren’t. Room was perfect for our 2 night stay. "Lovely inn very near the water’s edge. The West Lyn and East Lyn rivers join together just outside the front door and both spill into the Atlantic less than a five-minute walk away. "Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable beds. Front bedrooms are a bit noisy as the property is on the main road, so had to sleep with the windows closed. Parking was on site, but a bit awkward especially if other drivers did not park in the marked spaces. Breakfast was ok, but a very strange system of ticking of choice of food on a blackboard, which was not very user friendly.
