"Het huisje was hartstikke netjes en goed verzorgd. Bij aankomst was het allemaal schoon en de inrichting was heel compleet. Het enige wat wel jammer was, was dat er een grote struiken haag als erfgrens met de buren geplant was, waardoor die haag het enige uitzicht was wat je had. De omgeving is prachtig, maar er is weinig te doen (dat vonden wij niet erg 😉). Alles bij elkaar een heerlijke vakantie gehad."

"Nous avons apprécié le Cantal pour ses activités en plein air. Balades, baignades dans le lac... Le quartier, composé de chalets, est verdoyant, calme et agréable. Nous avons apprécié aussi la proximité du lac pour la baignade. Le logement est cosy, nous avons apprécié la terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas grâce au store et à l'ombre des arbres. Un seul bémol, l'étroitesse de la douche et des escaliers pour une personne grande et de forte corpulence."

"Chalet situé dans un endroit calme et magnifique , idéal pour faire des randonnées. Joints douches avec moisissure et ménage moyennement fait, difficilement acceptable compte tenu du prix de la location. Sinon tout le reste est très bien."

"Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au village vacances du lac de Menet Il y a différentes activités pour tous les goûts et le propriétaire et son équipe sont très sympathiques De plus les chalets sont vraiment très confortables et l'environnement calme et reposant, bref nous reviendrons très certainement A conseiller sans hésiter..."

"Superbe séjour. Le camping est top avec vue sur lac. On peut se promener, des jeux pour les enfants, un snack bar... David est très accueillant et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Je recommande les yeux fermés."

Cozy and secluded chalet

"A comfortable and well-equipped rental. It had everything imaginable in terms of kitchenware, recreational materials (games, cards), tourist brochures, cleaning materials, and bathroom supplies. The tourist information was solely in French as well as all instructions for the use of appliances. We highly recommend an English version, especially for the appliances, for those who have little to no French. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the owner about charges for linen and towels. The VRBO English site indicated no extra charge for this. It seems that the French site did. This is a serious oversight/problem. Beware users of the English website before you book! However, Corinne was very amenable and understanding about this issue and we resolved it amicably. Overall, the accommodation is very good. And visiting such a beautiful volcanic landscape was an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience. Merci, Corinne. "

"From a very warm reception, to a comfortable & spacious house with so many things to explore. The house is warm and quiet with plenty of room and everything provided. There is so much to do and to see: The Dordogne dams and lakes, Salers, Puy Mary"
