"MR.ÇAN THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, WE LOVE HIM. THE HOTEL LOCATION IS GOOD, 10 MINUTES WALK TO AYDER PLATEAU, SHOPS & RESTAURANTS. ALSO, HAS AN AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEW. THE HOTEL IS SMALL AND MATCHING THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. THE BREAKFAST IS REASONABLE & IS ORGANIC. ROOM IS SMALL BUT AGAIN TO MATCH THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. "The view is wonderful and the room is nice. There is no room service except the breakfast. Nobody cleaned our room. They say that there is a kitchen but with very limited devices, impossible to cook there. Also, in our second night there was no water to take a shower. For me it is expensive considering what it offers. I would select another room next time."
