I booked the room for fireplace and jacuzzi. I was told I can not use the fireplace. Jacuzzi water would not drain properly once done using. Water bidet in toilet did not work properly at all! Anytime we showered or flushed, the whole washroom would get wet. Did not feel good using the washroom. Because we checked in late, and kids slept.. did not get to go to reception. Left by 10:30 am and no one was at reception desk that I could soeak to, so we just left keys on table. For the price, I expected better. Was not a satisfactory stay.

Very difficult way and halfway off road, there’s no cabinet inside the room, no cattle, if u need roam service you have to ask for it, breakfast very limited, coffee not included, milk not included only tea included. Anything needed they will charge you. Toilet very small and the hot water is unstable, you have challenge with water balancing when you do shower. The shower gel and shampoo are very bad. Only one thing good is the view and with all these negative points it’s not worth it.

Truly one of our favorite hotels in the world. Next level service, attentiveness and quality of every aspect. The views are stunning from every angle. All of the food at the restaurant was great. The staff were super helpful to our every ask. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful mountain stay.

Beautiful scenery that is worth the adventurous drive up. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it seems like a warm family-run business. They speak good english too. Breakfast was great with the surprisingly very fresh bread and their delicious Turkish cheese plate. Lunch and Dinner menu is also delicious, but it is limited, which is fine given that people usually stay for 2-3 nights in such bungalows. We had the duplex with the jacuzzi outside the room which was great with breathtaking scenery. It had curtains too if you need privacy, as the other rooms do see the jacuzzi clearly if you don’t close the curtains. Overall, it was a very nice experience that I highly recommend!

Amazing, fabulous and unforgettable hotel, the most safe, clean, luxury bungalow in Rize mountains... I booked a one day dublex royal king bungalow with fire place.. I regret i didn't book it longer but no availability... Thanks to the staff and the owner

Die Bungalows sind effektiv eingerichtet. Überall, sowohl in den Bungalows als auch im Essensbereich, der ebenfalls sehr schön eingerichtet ist (mit schönem Ausblick), ist es sehr sauber. Das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit, aber auch sehr aufmerksam (beim Essen). Generell kann ich diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen

Herseyiyle mukemmel bir ortamdı. Personeller mukemmel .. En tepedar konumda ve bu yuzden manzara anlatilmayacak kadar guzel ..Odalarin temizligi genisligi cok iyi . Yollar konusunda kesinlikle korkunuz olmasin sadece son 2 km biraz dar ve yokus tirmaniyorsunuz o kadar.Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Yoğun bir tatil döneminde yer bulabilmek biraz zor olsa da tek gecelik konaklamamızı organik köy bungalovda denemek istedik . Böyle güzel bir mekanda tek gece kaldık , istediğimiz oda tipi olan jakuzili Suit odada iki gece yer olmadığından bu şansımızı kaybettik :( genel olarak iyi bir mekandı, odamız güzeldi , benim tek sorun yaşadığım konu küçük bebeğimiz olması sebebiyle soğuk olur mu diye çekincem vardı ; odaya girdiğimizde kalorifer olmasına rağmen ekstra bir fanlı ısıtıcı daha odada mevcuttu ve oda soğuktu , ısıtıcıyı sürekli çalıştırmak zorunda kaldık ve biraz baş ağrısı yaptı buna rağmen ilk gün tam anlamıyla ısınamadık jakuzi sağolsun ısıttı bizi 😃 ertesi gün daha sıcaktı , tek sorunumuz sıcaklık konusu oldu bebeğimizden ötürü . Kahvaltımız yeterli ve israf olmayacak düzeyde hazırlandı ,akşam yemeğimizde güzeldi , fiyat olarak da 700 rakımlı bir yerde ideal diyebilirim . Güler yüzlü hoş insanlar . Hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum

2 -6 ekim arası eşim ile beraber kaldık. Temizliği güleryüzlü çalışanları manzarası havası doğası sessizliği herşeyiyle mükemmeldi. Otopark sorunu yok. Akşam şömine yakmak istedim anında gelip yaktılar ve çok canayakın insanlar. Bi tereddütle gittim ama Ailesiyle birlikte gitmek isteyenler için müthiş bi ortam ki zaten çalışanlar kendileri de aile. kahvaltısında sınırsız çay ve kuymak harika. Seneye tekrar görüşürüz
