"The room was great for a person with a disability with the exception of the bed. Way to soft. I have a muscular condition and did not feel secure sitting on the edge to get in and out of bed and then trying to turn over was challenging. Please remember that not all clients are techno heads and want to use scan codes, or constantly look things up on their phones etc At least there was contact number if I had got into difficulty, but some basic printed info on room service, the restaurant and what was available would have been nice to have in the room. Thank you. "
