"Not a good start when the key pick up information was incorrect. The bed was the hardest I have ever encountered and the blankets in the wardrobe were dirty and smelly, lipstick marks on wine glasses, oven trays greasy, oven door full of crumbs. Not one dessert or soup spoon in the cutlery drawer. Couldn't find a way to get the roller blinds in bedrooms up and down. No instructions for oven, microwave etc. No free to air tv channels, only u tube. Furniture was old and plastic/tin... very cheap...
