Could have provided more cutlery, especially if more than 2 pax were staying. eg.only 1xtablespoon and 1xsoup spoon provided, no tea-towel , no glasses provided. External steps leading to property had spillage and was not cleaned during our 2day stay. Overall property condition was fair and could do with an upgrade and...

"The cottage was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It had good heating and the spa was lovely. Breakfast was provided but we did stay 2 nights and felt that the provisions were only for 1 night especially when 4 people booked. We used the resturant and the meal was generous and nice. Dietary requirements were catered for. Unfortunately communication and service could have been better. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few improvements would help to maintain cliental and see people...

"The apartment was comfortable and the service was very efficient. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Our stay would've been perfect if it were not for the noise. There must've been something not right about the building - we could hear people chatting outside our door. Many times during the night, while we were in bed, we could hear the footsteps of the guests in the room above us. "
