"We stayed at the Feathers as we went to Ludlow Races. All of the staff were friendly, well organised and very accomodating. Room was spacious with a large bed. English breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Would use again."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Somerville hotel, everything was just perfect when we arrived, the bed was incredible it was so so so comfy, and the breakfast was delicious!!! The hosts were really lovely and welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. We had a fab locally sourced mini bar in our room and down in the dining room that was very reasonably priced and fresh milk for the room for tea and coffee What a great touch way better the uht pots you usually get elsewhere If you want to stay in or around Hereford then a stay here is a must! We will definitely be back."

"Well laid out for disabled access, no problem parking/unloading. Times require changing in the in the information books, states breakfast served till 10 am when they actually close at 9:30 am. But apart from this a enjoyable stay."

"My wife and I stayed at the Elms for a one night stay as a birthday treat. The hotel is a beautiful building set in pretty park grounds. There was ample parking. Check-in staff were brilliant! Very friendly and professional. The gentleman helped us carry our luggage to the top floor which could be a bit of a hike for less mobile people or someone who struggles with stairs. The Spa area is very quirky and has everything you need to relax for a few hours. The outdoor jacuzzi is a nice touch. We had a wonderful meal in the Badger Bar and Grill. The quality of the food was amazing and the service was first class! My wife and I were very impressed with how professional and friendly the young serving staff were throughout our 3 course meal. It makes so much difference to have attentive and pleasant staff! breakfast the next morning was also excellent with plenty of choice and a different set of staff who were equally as good as the previous dinner shift. Overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely return."
