Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. "Photos and description don't do it justice. What an absolute delight and beyond. Furnished like a show flat but it's the little detauls that really make this: the cotton buds/pads in the bathroom, cereals in the cupboard, milk and yoghurt in the fridge... But also the often overlooked items in reviews like the shower - great pressure and heat, towels were big, fluffy and robust, more than enough hangers in the wardrobe....
