"Brilliant 5 star hotel concierge took us on a tour to children’s park where we had a picnic and a lovely Korean chicken lunch al the concierge staff were brilliant. My wife and I stayed in a junior suite for 14 days we know Seoul like the back of our hands great place a must visit. The hotel has a golf range which was 15000 WON which I thought was very reasonable the gym and pool were included in the price the only real complaints I have is the sauna was 60000 WON i think it should be included in the price. Also breakfast should have been included but all in all a brilliant 5 star hotel. "

"We have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, but the service at The Shilla is truly in a league of its own. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and every staff member I encountered – including the valet attendants and service car drivers – spoke English to a high standard. If I had to identify a fault, which is difficult, it would be the use of individually plastic-wrapped cups in the rooms, which are replaced daily during servicing. This seemed excessive and not particularly environmentally friendly. Additionally, upon check-in, I was informed that the gym and indoor pool would be closed for renovations throughout the entirety of our stay. I clarified this several times, as it seemed unusual given that we had not been notified beforehand. However, I kept seeing guests dressed in gym attire in the lifts. On the fourth day, I enquired directly at the gym and was told that it had only been closed for one day. Unfortunately, due to this misinformation, we missed the opportunity to use the gym and indoor pool, which was disappointing."

Thank you for being so helpful and accommodating- thank you to the staff member that helped book the lotte hotel peninsula lounge for the strawberry buffet and the staff member that helped break our lock to our suitcase when we had lost our key. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back here again soon. Would recommend this aparthotel to everyone!! We had breakfast at the hotel on our last day and it was enjoyable. The rooftop was so pretty and had amazing views. "

"Excellent location"

"Great location and close to shopping, subway/bus, and restaurants. Good for family of 4 if you stay in the family suites. Nice experience for our last 2 nights in Seoul. Staff were helpful regarding any questions we had. We had noisy neighbours one night (2.30am!!) and called reception to let them know and within 10 minutes the noise was gone as they said they would send house keeping to check the floor. Happy that they were able to sort this out. Would recommend and stay again."
