"My partner and I booked 2 nights away from Melbourne city for a quiet retreat. Unfortunately, this is not what we got. Although the room was beautiful and larger than your avarage hotel room, the walls are paper thin. The room is essentially an extra bedroom from the apartment adjoining. There is a go between door which has been blocked off. Unfortunately, on both nights we would hear the tv and music the other side of the apartment next door, which was occupied by 2 separate guests each...

A very big huntsman sitting on the window sill , a lot of dead flies all around the kitchen and around the house. A lot of spiders and dead insects in the shower. The door handle to the bathroom was broken. There was only less than 1 toilet roll available. Barely any soap...
