"Great place to stay in Iwakuni "

"Hotel & location was excellent and typical size rooms of Japanese style hotels. The only negative is they use a room keys vice a key card."

"Get location to enjoy the country side and nice friendly staff. They were patient with me while I asked questions about the use of the SPA in the hotel as i had never been in a SPA like that and wanted to make sure I totally understood the customs while in it. "

"The spa was closed and the outdoor tub in our suite did not look clean. Also, the pool was closed. We were not told this when we booked and I specifically asked around 1pm when I tried to check in early and was told to ask again at check in (at 3pm when it was too late to cancel. This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good. "
