Only issues I had were the following: if you don't rent or own a car, getting around will be somewhat inconvenient unless you're willing to shill out taxi fees. Restaurant was good but most restaurants in the hotel were fairly steep for a rural area of Japan. The onsen was great but there were spider webs all over the ceiling which was off-putting. "Fantastic service. The checkin was super easy and efficient. The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique.
