Location if the hotel is good! Room is clean! Downside is the ventilationis poor! Especially after shower, moisture jyst trap inside! The air condition is poor too, temperature can not be controlled!

A nice hotel located steps away from the miyazaki station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay and had a good nights rest.

Good location and reasonable price.
Overall, it is okay. However, paying extra 1,000yen for parking even though hotel information on the website said they offer parking space is one thing I didn't like.

It is a perfect business hotel. But the parking slots are limited. The room is not big, but clean and has all amenities.

Extremely conveniently located; walking distance from main train station and adjacent to several city bus stops. Great food options in the neighborhood. Safe. Very friendly staff.

Nice Hotel, reasonable rates
The location is along an alleyway. There is parking next to the hotel at JPY1000 per night and its limited. The checkin was fast and professional. Room good size as we selected a triple sized room. The bathroom small as with all Japanese hotels.

ART hotel miyazaki is near to miyazaki station. Which is very convenient. The downside is parking is limited at the hotel, but the staff is kind enough to let us park at the front pouch.

Bed sheets were replaced everyday. Lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I like they have bonito's everyday. Building is dated and require a much needed renovation especially the A/C system. Cannot adjust the temp in the room and you have to open window to get some breeze which is an issue if its raining.

ビジネスで2泊利用させていただきました。 お部屋は大分古い印象で、浴室も古い感じでした。 USBがないので、コンセントを使うしかありませんでした。 写真で見るお部屋の印象とは全く違うので要注意です。 また、駅からは近いのですが周りにはお店はあまりないので10分ほど歩いた繁華街で食事をしました。 周りは静かですので、その点は良かったです。 コンビニは駅の方に歩くとセブンがあります。 スタッフの方の対応は、すごく親切で熱が出た際にもすぐに体温計をお貸しくださいました。 ありがとうございました。
