Large family friendly Villa in Las Coloradas, near Papagayo beaches, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote - Peaceful Location, 5 Mins Walk to the Beach with a private large heated swimming pool surrounded by a non slip surface.

This spacious detached private family villa is very private, secure and has a large terrace, partially shaded by a bamboo roof, with 2 curved sofas overlooking the pool and wooden dining table for alfresco dining plus plenty of sun loungers. In addition the house has a another private outside area ideal for chilling on the rattan sunbeds.

The Villa is in 1000m of land and is very private and quiet, yet close to restaurants and shops. Sleeping 6/7 this luxury 3 bed, 3 bath detached villa has everything you could possibly need.

The master bedroom has a super king sized double bed and a fantastic en suite with walk in shower, plus relaxing lounge area and its own patio area to enjoy a drink on while the sun is setting and electric black out blind to keep the room cool plus air-conditioning.

The guest bedroom again has a super king sized double bed and a fantastic circular double Jacuzzi bath in its en suite whilst the third bedroom has twin single beds with a bathroom of bath and shower just opposite.

All bedrooms have coin operated air conditioning and shutters are also available in the guest and twin room where the windows can be opened at night, with the shutters closed, to allow for a breeze to pass through if preferred to air conditioning.

The modern kitchen has everything you should need including: microwave /cooker /fridge /freezer /dishwasher /washing machine/coffee machine/blender and ample cupboard space.

A gem of a villa
Stayed in November - weather was lovely and warm, appreciated having the AC. The pool is heated at no additional cost - a lovely bonus. The villa is incredibly well stocked and we didn’t think once -wouldn't it be nice if we had a … -it was all there! The villa is spotless clean, within easy walk of local shops and eateries. It’s a good walk into the marina, which we loved, but there is a bus service just round the corner if you didn’t! We all had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would definitely come again.

Lovely residential home
We had a lovely stay at the Roundhouse - we had great correspondence prior to our stay with loads of really useful and helpful information. We found the property to be a really good size, with comfy beds and all the amenities you need inside and out including a nice coffee machine! Located in a very quiet and tranquil residential area, we found it great for a relaxing break. It was also handy to be within walking distance of a small shopping area which had a small supermarket with the essentials and a handful of bars and restaurants. It was also close by to various pick up spots for excursions, which was very handy! We did find the Roundhouse a little dated and in need of a bit of a spruce, the utility area had a drainage smell, there were ants in the master bedroom coming out of the air conditioning and the socket as well as in the kitchen. One windy day the umbrella blew over and broke in the wind while we were out which meant that we didn't have sufficient shade to sit near the pool as much as we would have liked. All in all a nice holiday!

Another excellent stay at the Roundhouse
Another visit to the Roundhouse in July 2024. Villa is in an ideal location and has excellent facilities It is well appointed and has everything you could need for a perfect holiday. The pool is in a private, gated garden and is not overlooked. The area is quiet and within easy walking distance of local amenities and the fabulous Papagayo beaches. We have stopped many times in this area and the Roundhouse is the nicest villa we have been to.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Round House. The villa is in a great location, quiet but close enough to the Rubicon and Playa Blanca. It’s very spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool is heated and very welcoming. Great communication with the owner. We intend to return.

Fabulous family holiday at The Roundhouse
Our first visit to Lanzarote did not disappoint! The Roundhouse offered everything we needed for our family holiday. The rooms are excellent sizes, especially the en-suite room, which has its own small patio area. We could not fault it- it was very clean, secure, spacious and well equipped. We spent many hours in the pool which has great views of the mountains. The Villa is located on a quiet road, but is only 5 minute walk to local bars, supermarket, playpark and various tapas and restaurants. To access the shops and abundant restaurants at the Marina is a leisurely 20 minute walk with beautiful costal views. The marina has a market twice a week. The area has a great atmosphere, but is not too busy with tourists. The local Papagayo beach is a beautiful, unspoiled beach which was never busy and seemed popular with the nationals. You can reach the beach in a 15 minute walk. Good safe place for snorkelling with the children. We also visited the slightly busier beaches at Playa Dorada for fun water activities, which also has pubs/restaurants. We hired a car and did several tours on the island- volcanos, caves, green lagoon, which are all worth a visit and only 1 hr drive from the villa. Jane and Chris were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to queries even before we booked and departed. They were very helpful and friendly with any queries we had about the local area. We would recommend this villa for a great holiday Thank you Jane and Chris!

Spacious & comfortable Villa with everything you need both inside and out!
We had a memorable week at “The Roundhouse” and were sad to leave. It’s a great place to just chill out. The Villa itself is located in a lovely street with a breathtaking Mountain View that you can see while you’re swimming in the pool. The size of the Villa is not evident from the outside but once inside it’s absolutely huge! It’s tastefully furnished and has every single appliance and kitchen utensil you would need. (Much more than other villas I’ve stayed in on the island) It’s been very carefully thought out. The fluffy towels were a real bonus!! The wi-fi was good and there are plenty of UK TV channels on the set top box. Any minor issues that we had on arrival were swiftly resolved and I felt we were very well looked after and all communication was easy! The pool and garden area was a lovely place to spend time.Thick cushions for the sun loungers and seating and it’s completely private and well maintained. The temperature of the pool was perfect and it’s a good size for a swim. The lights come on in the pool and garden in the evening, including fairy lights above the terrace. We didn’t have a car but this was fine for us as it’s pleasant 10 min walk to the nearest shops and restaurants and about 15 mins to the stunning coastline with the best views out to sea. After a quick read of the guest book provided, I could see that there are many guests who return year after year and after staying here myself I can see why.

Lovely villa in a great location.
We stayed at the roundhouse over Christmas and had such a wonderful time. The villa was clean and tidy and has everything you need. There is a supermarket just down the road which is very handy and the marina is a short stroll away along the sea front. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and any communication we had with the owners was super. We would love to go back again!

Lovely Villa and very private.
The Villa was lovely with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had 2 couples in the Villa and we had large bedroom each. The Villa is well equipped and has everything you could require. The location is Los Colorados and has some bars and restaurants locally. The walk to the Rubicon Marina is 30 mins but cabs are under 5 euros to the Marina and Playa Blanca. We had a really nice week there and would not hesitate to book the Roundhouse again.

A wonderful, relaxing and well-equipped villa
We spent 10 days at The Roundhouse and had a fantastic time. Everything we needed was to hand (and working!), and there was detailed information about both the villa and the location available to us on arrival. The situation of the villa is peaceful yet within easy walking distance of all amenities. The local supermarket is well-stocked and catered for all our needs. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a The Roundhouse to any potential holidaymakers wishing to stay in Playa Blanca.

The perfect holiday
We've just returned from a week's stay in The Roundhouse, and we couldn't have been happier. Everything was perfect from initial contact to the moment we left. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, even better than it looks in the photos. It comes equipped with everything you need and the location is ideal for the beach, Marina Rubicon and Playa Blanca. They are all within walking distance. The pool is much larger than those of other villas, and we spent a lot of time in there. The terrace is a lovely place to have a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Highly recommended. We can't wait to go back.

Stunning property with beautiful views
Stayed here 1st-8th november. On arrival we found this property to be immaculately cleaned with a lovely welcome pack. The villa is at the end of an estate of properties,but for us it was perfect as it was so peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains.It is very private and literally has everything that you need. It is very well maintained-the gardening team turned up not long after our arrival and a couple of days later the pool man attended to fully clean and vacum the pool-so its good to know that things are done properly with a team working together for your safety and comfort. The weather was kind to us and we enjoyed exploring the island and also having a couple of days when we didnt leave the villa. My mobility isnt 100% ,so didnt find walking to local amenities very good but local restaurants and supermarkets were managable but to go to the marina and into town was a short drive away. My husband however is a runner and ran everymornig along a great flat path that runs along side the villa. Air conditioning in the main bedroom was a great asset and inexpensive to run. The owners were great and easy to deal with and very helpful when i messed up my payment initially. We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday with no problems and would love to return taking our daughters next time.

Fantastic Villa and location
We had a fantastic stay at The Roundhouse. The villa has everything you need. The location is perfect and it's very private. We loved the pool and the outside space which is where we spent most of our time. Our daughter (aged 3) also loved the villa and pool. We will definitely be returning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa.

A lovely villa in a great location.
We have just returned from a lovely two week holiday at The Roundhouse. The villa is very spacious and in a great location - barely a 10 minute walk to the nearest good supermarket and a few bars. It is really peaceful and feels very private with the walls around the garden. The Xbox and pool table were all a real bonus for our three children and as the weather was very hot we were able to cool off in the beautiful swimming pool. The only real downside for us was the lack of air-conditioning in the lounge and children's bedrooms. There were floor fans but these were not really enough to cool the villa properly and we did resort to swapping bedrooms occasionally to enable the children to get a better night's sleep. We did know there was only air-conditioning in the master bedroom and thought we would be OK but during the height of summer and with no breeze it proved difficult - a real shame. We used the local bus service often and although it was a little more expensive than a taxi we did find it reliable and convenient when we wanted to go to the marina or into Playa Blanca. The Marina Rubicon is about a 30 minute walk along the seafront and has lots of bars and nice restaurants too. Overall a great villa for a family but during the very hot months it does need more air-conditioning.

Wonderful accommodation!
10 day August holiday for 2 mums with 2 daughters aged 9/10. Perfect accommodation for our needs. 3 good size bedrooms, one air-conditioned. 2 bathrooms. Spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen. All the pots/pans/cutlery/crockery you could need. Fabulous outdoor area. Good sized pool, well-maintained garden. Super outdoor eating/lounging area. Even had some beach toy supplies! Very private, not overlooked. Key safe worked well on arrival. Electrics failed twice (trip switch) but very prompt response from agents. Pool maintained while we were there. Great quiet location on outskirts of Playa Blanca. Easy walk to local beach, supermarket and selection of eateries. You could walk to Papagayo beaches but it was too far for our youngsters in the heat. Track to Papagayo just round the corner. Regular bus to town centre although we didn't use this. Would happily book again and recommend to others. Communications before departure were faultless. Thanks, Chris and Jane, for making everything so easy!

Superb
Although in a residential area, the positioning of this villa means that it feels secluded and is on a large plot. Just a 10 minute stroll from amenities, a lovely coastal walk to Marina Rubicon and a short car drive to the centre of Playa Blanca. The outside space of the villa is perfect - the pergola and seating area under it was fantastic for getting out of the sun. Pool was well maintained and a nice size. Good sun loungers and large dining table and chairs outside. Even lanterns and candles are provided which made a lovely evening dining experience. Pool and garden were maintained while we were there. Inside there is perfect space with 2 sofas and a dining table and chairs, small kitchen but with everything you need and lots of pans, dishes, jugs, glasses etc. Large fridge and sufficient freezer space for ice and a few frozen foods should you wish. A couple of early issues on arrival were very promptly dealt with by the friendly staff in charge of the villa maintenance. Bathrooms large and well appointed. Fans provided for bedrooms were sufficient as there was often a nice breeze through the shutters at night, although there is a coin operated aircon unit in the master bedroom if needed. The 3 fans worked OK for us as as we used 3 beds (2 doubles and a single), however if the other single bed was also in use there would not be sufficient fans to direct cool air to all beds - it would be good to have two fans in the single bedded room. All in all this was exactly what we wanted - a well positioned, well maintained villa with fantastic outdoor space which was excellent value for money. All correspondence with Jane and Chris the owners was very prompt and they were extremely helpful - I would have no hesitation to recommend this villa.

Fabulous holiday villa, clean and spacious, well equipped with a lovely pool and garden.
We had a lovely family holiday this year at the Roundhouse Villa. The Villa was spotless and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Although the weather was overcast and cloudy for the first 4 days of our stay we still managed to get plenty use of the pool as it was lovely and warm and cleaned regularly by the agents who were on hand with any enquiries we had. Jane made the whole process from enquiry to booking straight forward and nothing seemed too much bother for her. Would also like to thank Jane for the very detailed directions to the villa (the hire car sat nav was missing) so arriving at night and driving on the opposite side of the road was stressful enough but having clear directions soon had us settle in the villa. There was plenty outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sun with separate patios around the villa, large comfortable seating area and loungers around the pool. The WiFi was excellent and we made good use of the pool table that is available to hire, with DVDs, Xbox, games and books there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. We would definitely return for another holiday at the Roundhouse villa. Thanks Jane and Chris for a lovely holiday at your fabulous villa.

Fantastic holiday
We had a wonderful time at The Roundhouse. The pool and outdoor space are great, with comfortable outdoor furniture to lie in the shade or the sun (whichever you prefer). The villa's position is good if you like privacy, with bamboo fencing so as not to be overlooked by anyone. The area is quiet, with relatively little noise from other families (and everyone is in bed fairly early). The kitchen is well equipped, and there's loads of space inside. Very good WiFi. Easy 10m walk to nearest supermarket and a few small cafe/bars, and a leisurely 30m seaside walk along really good, scenic paths into the Marina Rubicon, where you'll find many great restaurants and bars. Villa owner Jane was really good on email before our trip - helpful and quick to respond. The onsite management were also very good, and sorted a couple of problems we had promptly and efficiently. A very relaxing time all round - just what we needed. Definitely considering a return visit.

Lovely holiday
Excellent villa, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout works well with a central kitchen, dining, lounge area leading straight onto the semi-covered patio area and then the pool. The pool heating is great making it very inviting. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. It was a great bonus that the TV comes with lots of satellite channels including all the sports channels we could ever want! We walked to the beaches and local shops. The Marina and Playa Blanca are a bit further but also walkable although we generally drove. The beaches are great. Would recommend a trip to the volcanoes in the national park and also the go-karts near the airport. Overall the villa is well maintained with everything you could need for a lovely relaxing holiday.
