Incredible 6 Bed / 6 Bath Villa in Puerto Calero

Enjoy breath-taking mountain and sea views from all corners of the Villa, situated in an exclusive area just a short stroll to the famous Puerto Calero Marina.
On the first floor of the villa, there are 4 bedrooms all of which have En-suite bathrooms, three are Queen Beds and one is a twin room. All with modern finishes, good quality furniture and beautiful fixtures with built in storage throughout.
On the Ground floor there are a further 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other is a twin, they share a bathroom. There is a living room and dining room also, all benefiting from the natural light that floods through each room.
In addition, there is a Double sofa bed in one of the living rooms Perfect for multiple families or large groups to holiday together.
The décor is modern, well equipped and has everything that you need for a perfect holiday.

The newly installed Air Conditioning in all bedrooms will keep you cool at night.
The outdoor space has lots to offer, with an integrated BBQ and dining area, Hot Tub, lots of outdoor terraces; open and covered, with spaces for entertaining and dining, sunbathing around the vast pool terraces, and of course the private heated salt water chlorinated swimming pool, perfect for a softer swim!
There is a private tennis court, perfect for entertaining guests and having fun as a family. A true touch of class in your own holiday home.
We offer a shopping service for guests in advance, where you can send our property manager a list of what you may need for your stay, and we will get it for you for your arrival.
A welcome pack is provided for all guests which includes the necessities you may need when you arrive.
Complimentary shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet roll, laundry cleaning tablets and general cleaning agents are provided for your stay.

Fabulous Villa!!
We had an amazing stay at Villa Soleada. Andrea, the host was in regular touch leading up to the booking to make sure we had everything in place. The check in was seamless and the Villa was beyond our expectations and catered well for 3 generations of family. We will definitely return!

Amazing 2nd stay at this villa
This was our 2nd stay at Villa Soleada. Previously in 2022 we had come for a week and we really noticed the upgrades the new owners had made to the layout, bathrooms and amenities. We had a fabulous time and Andrea was super responsive and flexible before and during our stay. It really must be one of the best large villas on the island and in a great location. We shall definitely be back!

Great villa in Puerto Calero
We stayed in Villa Soleada in Novemember. The villa is very well laid out and the 6 bedrooms were perfect for our large group of 10 adults. The kitchen was well equipped and BBQ on the lower level was great for our chef. Eating on the terrace each day was wonderful; pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The hosts were able to help with anything we needed and we would recommend.

Beautiful Villa, well equipped and great location
We had the pleasure of staying in the puerto calero villa for 9 days in september 2024. The villa is spectacular, with very high levels of equipment such as pool table, Ninja Cooker, Coffee Pod Machine, IPTV and many other great features. All bedrooms upstairs (downstairs not used) were lovely and had A/C and ensuites. The IPTV especially was a great feature and we used it a fair bit to watch sports and cinema released films. The location is lovely and any building work ongoing (across road and also in surrounding area) was barely noticeable outside and not at all noticeable inside.

The perfect retreat
Such an amazing villa, great facilities, everything to keep teenagers happy and parents to relax. So nice to have the basics there for you we didn’t even have to go straight out to the super market. Amazing beautiful villa
The villa is stunning, the outside area is large enough to allow the space for 12 people to relax and enjoy the sun and pool. The facilities in the villa are fabulous. Andrea has made the villa luxurious and extremely comfortable. The little extras such as shower gel make a difference. All in all a wonderful holiday experience. We would also highly recommend using Ben during your stay, he is a fantastic chef.

Fantastic experience
We are a family of 8 adults and 5 children. We spent a week in Villa Soleada. Everything was perfect, exceptionally beautiful villa, luxuriously equipped, nice well heated pool and jacuzzi, perfect home service and close to the harbour Puerto Calero. Great family stay in a fabulous villa
We were a three generation family group (youngest are teenagers) who had a wonderful week in Villa Soleada. The villa is extremely well equipped and presented, with lots to do. Everything was very clean, the digital guide was very helpful and the welcome groceries and drinks were much appreciated. Andrea & Kev promptly answered our questions beforehand and one that came up during our stay. The marina with bars and restaurants (and the small local supermarket) is a 15-20 minute walk - just right for walking off any over-indulgence. La Portena is a great venue for a special meal (we went twice) - expect the meal to take 2.5 - 3 hours and do consider getting Ben to cook a meal at the villa. A little further afield, Rancho Texas is a fun night out and Teguise is well worth visiting. All our party would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Soleada for a large group holiday.

THE PERFECT VENUE TO CREATE A MAGICAL RETREAT
After using the villa previously for events here in Lanzarote I was thrilled to be back for a special retreat with guest who live both here and off the island. The villa is of a super high standard, cleanliness was immaculate, the bedrooms are to a great standard too and all with en suites. The size of the villa makes it perfect for larger groups or smaller would mean it feels super spacious. The swimming pool and hottub were super well looked after and the facilities as a whole were five star. Great ease with booking and the cleaning squad were simply the best making the overall stay here easy and memorable. Ten minute walk if anyone wanted to go down into the marina but just being able to chill out and lap up the sunshine was magical. Cant wait to be back, you will not be disappointed and its the perfect location for a mini retreat, caters and lots of other facilities available upon request when booking too. xxxxxx

Lovely property
We spent a week in casa Soleada in week 46. We were 8 people. We have rented the property previously. Soleada is a lovely property which is great for a group of 8 people. The house is great with all the facilities that are required. There is plenty of space within the property. It is clean and tidy, and the pool was cleaned and checked several times during the week. Soleada is located in a quiet area, just a 15-minute walk down to the harbor in Puerto Calero, a pleasant harbor with both good restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Villa
We have just returned from a week in Lanzarote staying at this fantastic villa. From making the initial booking right the way through to arriving home, Andrea has been amazing in the way she has communicated and cared about us having a great time. There were 10 of us staying here and at no time did we feel that we were on top of each other as there is plenty of space. The quality of the villa is amazing and there is everything you need for a very comfortable holiday. We arrived late but Andrea had arranged for a shop to be done for us so that we were set for the first night and the following morning. That was on top of a great welcome pack that had all the essentials. Overall I highly recommend both the villa and the location if you want a great villa holiday in Lanzarote but most of all Soleada Escapes and Andrea have been a delight to deal with. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic Villa
Wow! What an amazing villa with fantastic facilities! The rooms were all clean and spacious and no-one had to fight for the bathroom with so many toilets and showers available. The kitchen was very well equipped with great extras such as the air fryer. The bbq outside was also put to good use. Our family had a fantastic holiday, loads to do for everyone from the 5 year old and up. The young adults also enjoyed the villa as much as we did. We all made use of the heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, pool table and table tennis with lots of friendly competitions being held. The harbour isn't far away with shops and restaurants. The restaurants could accomodate 12 people and were friendly and helpful. We bought shopping at Lidl using taxis and walked to get a few food items at the local supermarket at the harbour. Andrea was really helpful, got back to us with all questiins very quickly. Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future.

Excellent Value
Not first time in the villa but first time under the new ownership. What a difference, major upgrades all round , from furniture to hot tub. Security system and piping hot water at all times. Excellent communication throughout. Everything screams of excellence. Been coming to Lanzarote for 20 years. And stayed in puerto Calero villas more times than I can count, and in the main under invested and tired , not this property. Let’s hope they can continue to build their business and invest more in calero, not surprised this villa is all booked up for when I want to return Oct and April . Looks like I will need to really plan ahead to enjoy this palace again.

Family vacation in Puerto Calero
Hello Andrea, We are now back from Lanzarote. Here is my short report about the stay in your beautiful villa: We were there with our family (parents, children, grandchildren) with 6 people. The villa has enough space for 12 people. Andrea's information about the villa and the surrounding area was very good. The house is electronically secured. Access works smoothly. We really liked the provision of food for the first day. The kitchen is fully equipped. All necessary cleaning supplies are available. There are enough towels available. This doesn't exist in every house. The villa is very comfortably furnished. There are many areas to retreat. We would love to come back to Andrea and Kev's villa. greetings from Hamburg Gerhard

Fantastic Holiday!!
We have just returned from our stay at Soleda Escapes in Puerto Calero and what a fantastic time we all had! We were a large group of friends and family celebrating a big birthday and also surprise engagement! Andrea was brilliant throughout the whole process from booking, staying and leaving. Schöne Villa, sehr engagierte Vermieter, leider zur Zeit von Baustellen umgeben
Wir haben das Haus zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr mit sechs Freunden und Freundinnen bewohnt, und uns in dem Gebäude sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die Bäder modern, die Wohnzimmer (oben und unten) entsprechen genau der Beschreibung und waren sehr hübsch dezent weihnachtlich dekoriert. Auch von Pool und Außenanlage waren wir positiv überrascht. Sowohl die Vermieterin als auch das Personal vor Ort waren immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, sogar an Heiligabend. Diese wunderbare Location hat leider momentan nur einen gewichtigen Nachteil: Sie ist umgeben von mehreren Baustellen, und man muss, mit Ausnahme von Sonn- und Feiertagen eine unangenehme Lärmbelästigung erdulden. Von einer in der Beschreibung zu lesenden „ruhigen Lage in einer Sackgasse“ kann also auf absehbare Zeit nicht die Rede sein.
