Holiday home with Private Heated Pool In Own Walled Grounds

Our holiday home (licensed Vivienda Vactional) is privately owned and maintained with a private electrically heated pool in its own walled grounds. Set in a tranquil location offering the perfect get away and yet near the centre of Playa Blanca. The accommodation comprises of a lounge, kitchen, spacious bathroom and large master bedroom with ample wardrobe space. Below are details of the facilities provided in the property. Situated on El Parque del Rey, we are a walk to the harbour and just a further 5 minutes to the main shopping street with three supermarkets. Following COVID-19 we ensure that the property has at least 8 man hours of cleaning between guests.

Lovely villa ideal for 2
Lovely villa in a quiet area just outside Playa Blanca town. Ideal for 2 people with its own small private heated pool and everything you need for a relaxing restful holiday. Marina Rubicón 5 mins drive has some lovely restaurants ( would recommend Lani’s)

Great Base
Well equipped villa with an amazing heated pool suitable for winter swimming. The villa has all necessary self-catering facilities including full oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and washing machine.. Wi-fi was good quality. Host (Andrew) very polite and supportive. . Flamingo Beach and town centre can both be reached on foot in about 20-30 minutes (dependant on how fast you walk) but the walks to either are pleasant. Beds comfortable. Would definately recommend to anyone wantingbto relax . pleasant

Lovely property and fabulous relaxing getaway - the online pics don’t do it justice. Beautifully clean and well appointed and a pleasant stroll into Playa Blanca (slight incline and a bit windy on the way back up!)

2 weeks relaxing holiday
The villa was perfect, Andrew was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around. The villa was spotlessly clean and beach towels were also provided. The location was great which was about 10/15 minutes walk maximum to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.

A lovely break in Playa Blanca
We had a good time at Andrew and John’s property. It was comfortable and well appointed. The warm pool was a great bonus and the development is tidy and quiet. We had a couple of problems which Andrew sorted out promptly and quickly. We enjoyed our holiday greatly.

This is a perfect holiday villa ,about a 15 min walk to the centre and all the restaurants and shops

Lovely villa just far enough out to be peaceful but close enough to walk to the shops and bars within 20 mins. The villa was spotless, Andrew is easy to deal with and very accommodating. The welcome pack, beach towels, toiletries, hair dryer and an iron that actually works are a nice touch. We will be visiting again!

Great villa
Stayed here for seven nights and everything was great. The villa was very clean and tidy, has everything you need and is in a great location. 10 min walk into Playa Blanca. The villa is in a very quiet and peaceful area and the heated pool was fantastic. We will definitely book again without hesitation.

Great relaxing Villa
Lovely property which is in a quiet area just 15 minutes walk from the harbour / beach front / restaurants. It's a great base from which to explore Lanzarote especially if you have a car to see the rest of the island. The pool is great to come back to especially if you have had a day at the beach. Andrew was always helpful as a host and very responsive to any queries.

Nice clean property with everything you need. Comfy beds and loungers by the pool. BBQ available which we used several times. Only minor thing that needs addressed is some new crockery replacing chipped mugs and bowls.

Wonderful villa
We have had a wonderful week in this lovely villa. The pool was warm and just the right size. We like to walk and the distance down to the promenade and restaurants was perfect. Andrew's communication was great. The accomodation was lovely and clean, excellent welcome basket and lovely little touches made the villa so welcoming. For a couple I can't recommend it more highly.

Second visit to Andrews Villa, good clean villa 15 mins walk down hill to port area via new tennis court walk wat beside the Elba Hotel. All good with villa, pool clean, good outside area, local area quiet, good to see some old faces in the restaurant's around town, all in all great villa well recommended.

Lovely four person property walking distance playa blanca. Lovely pool heated to 26°. Everything about this villa is great it's very clean with everything you will need for a relaxing break . The instruction booklet is perfect giving every detail that you need. We will certainly be back soon . Perfect Quiet Location
The villa was very well equipped & clean. Everything that you could possibly need has been thought of. Our Christmas stay was perfect, the best holiday that we have had. The Pool is a perfect temperature and very well maintained. The location is ideal, we did not hire a car on this occasion but found everything that we needed within easy walking distance. Playa Blanca is so beautiful, this is our first visit to the location after staying in many other places in Lanzarote over the years. Playa Blanca has become a firm favourite, we intend to return soon. I have no hesitation in giving the villa, hosts and location 5 Stars. Thank you both for a lovely stay at your villa xx

Lovely introduction to Lanzarote
An attractive and comfortable holiday property, well-equipped, scrupulously clean and with a generous welcome package. Good design ensures a lot is fitted into a compact space without ever feeling cramped. The pool is a treat. Andrew was very helpful indeed, responding quickly to any questions with clear and practical advice or suggestions and is clearly a very organised and experienced host.
