Casa Elena, Seafront apartment with large Gallery and Sea Views

Casa Lola and Casa Elena are on Calle Limones in Playa Blanca, right in the center of the town. Lola is on the upper floor; its decoration is modern and has a spectacular balcony with views of the sea and Fuerteventura. Elena has a more classic style, is on the ground floor, and offers a lovely gallery with sea views. This house is of a very high standard and is designed as a whole to enjoy the sea views and the sun. Wifi connection is included, and there is a safe.

Casa Elena has a more classic style, is on the ground floor accessed by stairs, and offers a beautiful gallery with sea views. Casa Elena (a 3-bedroom apartment) has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds. It features two bathrooms and showers, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a spacious living-dining room, and the gallery with fabulous sea views.

Air Conditioning:
Equipped with air conditioning and is available for use through the provided coin meter, where you can refill at your own expense as often as you need for cool/warm airflow.

Thanks to its excellent location in the center of Playa Blanca, you can find a wide selection of restaurants, shops, excursion sales centers, ice cream parlors, and a promenade that invites you to take a leisurely stroll by the sea.

WELCOME: We request your arrival information in order to organize your check in. On arrival we provide a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need. For the little ones, we can, for an additional fee organise a BABY PACK (cot, high chair, linen, blanket, towel, shower kit as well as portable bath and dishes apt for children). Request this before your arrival.

The check in time is from 15:00 PM. The check out of the house is by 11:00 AM. If you want arrive before or leave later, no problem, tell us to check availability.

CLEANING: The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturizer dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. This cleaning service carries a fixed charge. If you want extra cleaning service during the stay please just ask us for more information.

CAR RENTAL: I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included.
