"Its a little secluded hotel with 10 rooms tucked in the hills of Ishigaki. The staff were great and check in was easy. The animals on site were cute, but the parrot's day cage is too small. "また泊まりたいとは思いません。お部屋の洗浄度は良くて商店街から徒歩5分程度なので便利ですが、スタッフの態度が酷過ぎてこの評価にしました。 予約は4名、お布団4セットでお願いしていたのですが部屋に着いたら布団とタオルが2セットしかありませんでした。スタッフに連絡したらとんでもない態度されて、私の予約方法が間違っていたと怒鳴りつけられました。布団を欲しいなら1セットに対して3300円の追加料金が発生するなど、とにかく客としてこれほど失礼な喋り方されたのは初めてでした。 最終的にはそちらの予約受け取り内容に誤りがあったと謝罪をしてきて布団とタオルセットを2個持ってきてくれましたが、最初の対応時の態度があまりにも酷くてここにはもう泊まりたくないと思いました。"
