"This is a nice Hotel. The only downside was that my room was really hot. Unfortunately the Breakfqst at £14.95 ways too expensive for my work budget. The evening meal was nice but a bit on the high side price wise for what it was"

"The room we stayed in is in a different building to the public house for breakfast & dining. Great for a peaceful night sleep. The views out of the bedroom onto the balcony is stunning. The fields/mountains made it very picturesque."

"We love the Erskine Arms and have visited several times in the past few years. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and great showers. Some rooms lack storage however. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The bar area is great but can get busy with people eating there early evening. The food for both breakfast and dinner is excellent with a lovely varied menu. The hotel overall is very comfortable and friendly with a good atmosphere. "A friendly welcome from the host. He went out of his way to book us an alternative evening meal and taxi as the restaurant was booked up that day. Room was as expected. Breakfast was good and a good choice available all with friendly service. "

"Recently refurbished rooms but small. The family room would have been better converted to a double room with a chair instead of a single bed squeezed in next to the double bed."

"A fabulously clean hotel with super home cooked food from dinner to breakfast. Lovely location in the heart of Conwy. The hotel staff were just wonderful all offering a ‘can do’ attitude who couldn’t do enough. Special mention to Lee, Alan and Tricia! "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IT IS CLOSED. After a 20 mile day on a walking trip we turned up to find the place closed. On contacting hotels.com they spent 45 minutes trying to find us alternative accomodation and having failed they hung up and never called us back. Left stranded and getting dark we could only find a place 40 miles away available and had to sort transport to and from ourselves which left us £200 out of pocket let alone a massive inconvenience. Hotels.com have still not called us...

"Very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location in ByC."

"Everything you could need for a peaceful relaxing stay. All the amenities literally on your door step Morrisons daily, chip shop, couple of pubs, chemist ice cream parlour and the beach literally a few foot steps from the door. The house was clean and had everything you could need and the hot tub was amazing. The garden is steep but we managed it ok it’s just to bear in mind of your not so good with. Steps would def stay again absolutely loved it "

"The cottage was very cosy perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. Close to the seafront and the expressway we had good days out to Anglesey, Bangor and Llandudno. We would love to go again next summer!"
