"Took us forever to find the hotel. The address was taking us to a different location nearby. There’s no signs or names written out anywhere to be able to see anything. Shower head was broken, bathroom was just dirty in general. Air conditioner did not have the right remote. If it wasn’t for my husband powering it on from the system itself, we wouldn’t have any ac all night."

"You need to share bathroom and kitchen etc with others who are staying so you dont get the whole apartment. We had very noisy neighbour. No respect to others who are staying there so would not recommend. "

"Do NOT stay at any “comfort rooms”; the inconvenience is not worth it. You do NOT get an “entire apartment” to yourself. Each apartment has multiple rental rooms, shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Problems: (1) room I rented was occupied upon arrival; (2) multiple excuses given as to why I could not move into it; (3) WiFi stopped working, not fixed after 6 days; (4) had to move to Arch. "Lovely location, short walk to the strip 10 mins. Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice pool, good size and lovely views out to sea. Customer service was great as the electricity card would not work on arrival late at night, very prompt came straight away and resolved the problem. Would stay again happily."

"Once found, the location is pretty good. And that took a fair amount of help from a patron of a nearby taverna. Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. No on-site contact, and only some phone numbers that leaves one on hold. All that said, Larnaka is a great place"

"It is the worst, dirtiest property i’ve ever been in my whole entire life. The room floor is filthy and the kitchen if also filthy. We had to put our towels on the bed for us to sleep on and were not able to sleep because of the noise( the property is on the main road) and because of the dirtiness. We checked in at 9:00 PM and checked out at 1:00 AM of the same day. Add to this It was not clear that the property is a house with one toilet and 4 rooms. We had so much trouble to open the house...

"Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. "

I got there on Thursday evening and there were 4 people already in my apartment. I ended up staying in the room they were supposed to stay in and they left on Tuesday. **Review of Addison Beach Resort, Cyprus**

" I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Addison Beach Resort in Cyprus, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The food at the resort was another highlight. Each meal offered a wonderful selection of dishes, all beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. However, I did encounter a significant issue during my stay that I believe needs addressing. The hallway leading to the garden rooms, which are marketed as their VIP accommodations, was quite dirty. The flooring was stained and in desperate need of cleaning or even replacement. This was surprising given the otherwise high standards of the resort, especially for rooms that are considered premium. On a positive note, I requested a late checkout and, although my original room was booked for another guest, the hotel staff went above and beyond by providing us with a new room at no extra charge. "The Leonardo was a great value for the money and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a day in Larnaca while in transit at the end of a long trip, and after a day of airports and planes it was a real treat to land in such a clean, tastefully appointed, serene hotel. Super comfortable bed and and excellent hot shower--I didn't want to leave! The little balcony off the room was a fun bonus. I needed to work during my stay so paid the add-on cost of the business lounge, which is small but tasteful as well with a good supply of snacks and drinks available throughout the day--and again, a quiet oasis during a hectic trip. Thanks to the friendly and professional staff for making it a lovely stay."
