"Lovely location, short walk to the strip 10 mins. Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice pool, good size and lovely views out to sea. Customer service was great as the electricity card would not work on arrival late at night, very prompt came straight away and resolved the problem. Would stay again happily."

"Apartment was fantastic. Clean, tidy, had everything you need. I arrived very late and had received a text and email from the owners with clear and specific instructions on how to get the keys and how everything in the apartment worked. Everything was smooth, everything inside the apartment worked (Big fridge freezer, Aircon, hot water). One thing I'd recommend to the owners, replace the bath towels with new ones, the ones in my apartment are a little tired. Not dirty or anything, just seen...

"Had a great stay, the apartment is in a good location with everything you need and a great welcome pack, eggs, milk, bread, water etc. just a couple of minute walk to the costal path where you can walk for hours. 10-15 walk to fig tree bay. "Excellent location to beach, restaurants & shops. A little tricky to initially find since there is a Silver Sands Beach Hotel 1 minute by walking away and this place is Silver Sands Penthouse. We decided not to rent a car because they drive on the left side of road and local buses are only €1.50 each way. "It was lovely vacation, apartment is situated in a very good area, very nice and clean with all the facilities, good quality of wifi, walking distance to the beaches, swimming pool also available in the complex and everything we needed was near, the owner is very friendly and helpful, an awesome host, even allowed us a late check-out. "Very happy with our stay here and we would definitely stay here again the appartment was perfect for our family it was very clean and spacious and very well equipped with everything you would need for a holiday the view of the pool from the appartment was lovely. "Have stayed here five times and will no doubt stay again. Wonderful hotel, set on the edge of Ayia Napa, just a hop from a beautiful beach and stunning coastline, and a short drive from Cape Gkreko and the Protaras area. The staff are second to none, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. Excellent buffet breakfast and themed dinners. However, vegetarian options are limited, but they are very happy to prepare something special to order. Love love love this hotel. "
