"We like the hotel room it has a great utility, nice interior design and comfortable bed/furniture. There is only one outside viewing in the room but was blocked by a building structure. The lobby is nice but very small. There is very minimal amenity in the hotel. We loved foods, services and the dining room design in the restaurant, the breakfast and night snack are fantastic. We like the manager and all the staffs Including front desk and restaurant personnel are very friendly and helpful....

"TV remote would not change the channel. Thermostat did not control the room temperature. They tried to tell me that I didn’t have a reservation even though it was prepaid. And there was no breakfast."
