Trying to find the hotel was a little difficult since we were walking. It isn't located in a very traveler friendly area, as there are hardly any businesses open in this area. We had to stop and ask for some assistance a few times to get there, and we are pretty good with directions. Upon arrival, the staff weren't very friendly and didn't say much to us. It could have been the language barrier, so we just tried to be very simple with our questions. Once we got to the room, we thought it was nice, clean, and provided what we needed. We didn't have any troubles with our room at all. We only stayed for one night, which was sufficient. We didn't care for the area and didn't find it easy to figure out what to do in the area from the staff, but were able to figure it out on our own via internet. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent and was included in the price, which was nice. They had a good coffee machine, but no fresh milk. However, they did have hot soy milk. Overall, I only recommend this to someone passing through.
