"This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. "This is a wonderful house, with a really enchanting main room and private outdoor area. It is amazingly relaxing, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was about a 10 minute drive to the beach, with several beaches another few minutes away. A very nice week away from everyday concerns."

"Good location. The house was good, but could have been outstanding with a few personal touches. We were not told about the electricity card in advance. The photos show a 3rd room but it was not available so my adult kids had to share a room. The power went out one evening. I would have appreciated coffee or another welcome amenity. I would suggest beach towels. But overall very nice location."

"We loved the location of the apartment (but be aware there are steps to climb; however, this is one of reasons for the beautiful view!). The apartment is charming and well-appointed with a nice kitchen that covered all our needs. "This is a perfect holiday home for a family group. There was rooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. The welcome breeze off the mountains, the owners advice on keeping windows and shutters closed in the day, and the floor fans absolutely did the job of keeping us comfortable in 38C heat. "We felt very comfortable in the house. You can find everything you need. It is simple but functional. The small and large works of art in and around the house make it cozy. The owners of the house live in the separate entrance below. We were warmly welcomed and because we stayed for 3 months over the winter, a very nice neighborhood atmosphere developed.
