"the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀"

We had to ask through an app if anyone knew how to contact the property. We finally found someone who spoke very limited English and he contacted the owner of the property. She arrived 30 minutes later and we could only communicate with her through Wechatt. She was reluctant to show the room unless we paid in advance. She did not accept credit cards. She insisted...
