"This hotel is pretty good overall - very big rooms, big bathroom, and quite clean. The subway is about 10 minutes walk. There are a lots of small restaurants nearby. The only thing I'd complain about is the cigarette smell on the whole floor where our rooms were."

"Use the heated pool, the water temperature is too cold for me. The dressing room is not well maintained. The staff are excellent, at Chuan, Ming Court, Alfresco, the Reception and the concierge. "the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀"

"I stayed here in 2019 and loved it. Now back in 2024 and I still love it. Only problem if the horrible smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. Jerry at front desk tried helping me solve the issue but hotel was solid booked. Buffet is good. Many food selections. Lucy the concierge was amazing trying to help me navigate the city.
