From the moment we arrived, Rain ensured our stay was seamless & enjoyable, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. He went above & beyond to provide us with all the information we needed to explore the Wulingyuan National Park, even helping us purchase tickets & offering insider tips to make our visit truly memorable. The beautiful & elegant Yang Mei made our experience even more special, treating my husband & me like old friends. Her calligraphy lessons were both engaging & inspiring, while her vast knowledge of tea allowed us to appreciate the delicate flavors and nuances of each variety she prepared for us. We will always cherish the thoughtful gifts she bestowed upon us. After 2 days of exploring the stunning landscapes of Wulingyuan National Park, we were able to unwind and rejuvenate at the resort for the remainder of our stay.
