"We booked this property for 18 days, with the last week being intended for our son and our grandchildren to join us. The owner was well aware of our plans. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon in very poor weather. There had been absolutely no preparation undertaken by the hostess - even the gas cylinder for the gas heater was empty. There were no instruction about heating the house. The property was damp, cold and totally un inviting. The mattresses, bedding and towels were all damp - we had to...

"Excellent property, spotless, everything we needed. Stunning views adding to overall relaxing atmosphere. Private and quiet, which was important to us. Thoroughly enjoyed by adults and children. "Das ist ein wunderschönes grosses, sehr helles, geräumiges Haus, sehr nah zum Strand gelegen (2 min Gehweg). In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere tolle Spielplätze für kleine und etwas größere Kinder. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, es sind alle Küchengeräte vorhanden. Auch zum einkaufen ist man in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto beim Lidl oder Aldi. Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal das Haus gebucht bzw dort unseren Urlaub verbracht und kommen definitiv wieder, Kate ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Lg...

"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet; das Wasser im Schwimmbad warm und das Becken von angenehmer Größe. Allerdings waren wir enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit in der gesamten Unterkunft. Überfall, aber insbesondere auf dem Boden, waren Staub und viele Haare zu finden, so dass wir gezwungen waren, die Wohnung vor dem Bezug komplett zu wischen, worauf wir natürlich überhaupt...

"Maison très bien située, spacieuse et proche de la plage. La literie est vraiment en mauvais état et une seule salle de bain est un peu juste pour accueillir autant de personnes. "

"Nada practica la estancia para gente de edad como nuestro caso .,escaleras peligrosisimas y la piscina superpequeña muy peligrosa tambien por su acceso imposible y sin seguridad para subir y bajar. Mosquitos.,cucarachas etc."

"Die Unterkunft ist in einer traumhaften Lage direkt am Strand. Die Zufahrt über die Sackgasse ist etwas schwierig, aber trotzdem gut möglich. Die Betten in den ersten beiden Zimmern sind okay; im dritten Zimmer etwas veraltet was bei uns keine Rolle spielte da wir nur zu dritt waren."

"Nice holiday, house was fine and Simon was easy to contact and helpful sorting out a small problem. We were unlucky with the weather, very changeable but didn’t spoil our time. We know the Denia area very well and enjoyed visiting places we had been over the years. Good side our family arrived for four nights and we had warm sunshine and visited several beaches. The whole complex itself could do with some TLC but our house was and area around were fine.."
