"Excellent 10 out of 10. Our 3 day Xmas period stay with our dog was from arrival absolutely superb. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful; the room was warm, comfortably and clean. The food throughout our stay was excellent with a menu to suit everyone and the Xmas lunch was fantastic. This is definitely a place to revisit."

"Loved our stay, great location. Our room was compact, but well appointed and clean. Only minor gripe being a very small shower. Absolute highlight was our host Roxana. "A lovely house with welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. Very comfortable room with well-equipped “private bathroom” nearby (a very minor whinge is that en suite would have been nice). Great individually tailored breakfasts to set us up for the day. Location is in easy walking distance from the town and several good walks. Free parking right outside. 10/10"

"Quaint B&B in the pretty village of Middleham with it's very own castle. The room was beautifully presented and very clean. The lady owner and her two dogs were very accommodating. She went out of her way on the second morning of our stay with breakfast when the village had an electric cut. We ate at the local pub, cooked by her husband. We were very grateful! Lovely to see and hear the clip clop of race horses as they came past the B&B in the mornings."
