"This property is ideally located and the views are wonderful. A disappointing start to our stay, however, as upon arriving at designated check in time, the house had not been cleaned. Bathrooms not cleaned and dirty towels on floor, beds unmade, counter tops not cleaned and generally a poor presentation.After texting with owner the issue was promptly actioned and cleaner turned up in good time and proceeded to rectify everything.There had been an apparent lack of communication between parties -...

"The house was great for our large extended family. Plenty of things to do in the house with pool, spa, pool table and ping pong meant for hours of fun together. The cinema room was brilliant in size for all the family ! "

Fantastic veranda to relax and watch the river flow by, bird life, swans, and jumping fish!!.Kids able to access canoe, kayak, access 2 lakes easily.Also amazing park, good for all ages including tween/teens just down the road.Range of life jackets available. "Communication wias great, place was easy to access, undercover parking, good amount of supplies ie coffee, tea, cereal, milk etc. Bed was comfortable, large ceiling fan and everything you could need was there. Very pleasant experience."

"Really enjoyed our stay.Our family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers had plenty of room to be together or have our own space.We lost wifi due to a freak storm but the Lucio tried to have this issue resolved for us- even when he was overseas-which we really appreciated.Plenty of space and it had everything we needed."

"Great location, very close to shops and the water. Free secure parking at the top of the public car park and our room was on the same floor so very convenient for us. The apartment was great except it was a bit dark because all the lights came from wall sconces rather than overhead, and the balcony was on the short end of a long deep room. Also would've been nicer to have a bigger TV. But otherwise it was good value and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again next time...
