"The stay was lovely, the room was very clean (there was a slight bleach smell that lingered) The pool was popular with the kids, and was beautifully maintained. The communication with the staff was excellent, from us arriving late due to traffic and the easy directions on checking out. There was an odd (sewerage like smell) around the entrance of our room to the carpark. The amenities for the kitchenette were great, if possible it could be a good idea to add a serrated knife to the cutlery (hard to cut bread rolls with a butter knife) The shower was divine! Great water pressure and easy to use. Thank you for a lovely visit!!"

"Convenient location, family room was spacious, unfortunately due to staff shortages there was no servicing for the three days we were there. One would expect a discount for this issue when we had two family rooms but ….. this lack of servicing is happening more frequently now at many establishments, and it should be published and not dropped on you as you book in. "This property has fabulous views of the ocean and sea facing balconies in all rooms. It is quiet, peaceful and beautifully scenic. There are rocks and a mini beach at the foot of the small hill that the hotel rests upon and a public ocean baths about 50 metres down the road. Its a pleasant walk down to the town where there are lots of eating options. A great location and very comfortable, clean rooms. Hard to beat. "
