"The guy at the front desk who has butterflies in his beard was rude. That turns me completely off. The hotel has a great location and all the other staff were great but one act rudeness puts me off every time. "

"The staff at this property were excellent. However the conditions of the hotel itself are near appalling. I lost something in the room and made the mistake of looking under the bed—as in lifting the bed and taking a peek. I think I’m the first person to lift that bed in 20 years. There’s all kinds of detritus under there. The rooms are dusty and there is peeling wallpaper everywhere. The gym had an odd smell and the decor is jarring. "The location is great, only minutes away from time square but the room is still nice and quiet at night. The room and facilities are what you would expect for the price, nothing fancy but nice and clean and does the job if just looking for a place to sleep after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful when required and we had no complaints overall. Only downside was the bedframe was metal and extremely noisy even with the smallest movement when sleeping."

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying here during the Christmas holidays, and it was an excellent experience. We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor.
