"Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore. One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants. And the hotel is huge. If there was supposed to be a trail outside, o couldn't find it due to lack of signs. But i am only nitpicking because I needed any excuse to enjoy the lazy 5 star life instead of walking around :)"

"With a short walk to the neighbor restaurants and grocery market along back streets in the area, a small public garden right in front of the hotel, a short ride via taxi to the tourist spots in the city, and airy room with partially operable window plus great ventilation in bathroom, really enjoyed the stay; however it needs an upgrade to the room, especially the television …"

"Clean but furniture slightly old. Within 5mins or shorter to Huaxiba metro exit C. Very nice receptionist who even helped us to order food delivery at nite. Will stay again."

The breakfast buffet had a very large selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was happy to accommodate our requests and help out whenever possible. "The hotel is located not too far from the train station. It is also located close to the city area, only about 20min by train or car. Nearby there is also lots of local food only 5 to 10 min away, very convenient. The hotel itself has very comfortable bed. Very recommend to stay."
