"The staff in this hotel were so helpful. They had little English but went out of their way to help us. The room was good but smelt of smoke although we had requested non-smoking. Breakfast was adequate. There is a large modern mall with a supermarket within easy walking distance where we ate each night. Yellow Crane Tower is about 30 minutes away by taxi. "

"フロントは英語はちゃんと通じ、タクシーを呼んだり、部屋について尋ねる際などのやり取りについて全く問題ありません。 しかし、フロント以外ではほとんど通じませんので、中国語が出来ない場合は、何をするにもフロントを通す必要があります。 朝食はバイキング形式でメニューに英語表記があり、便利でした。レストランのスタッフの方も英語が話せないながらも気を使って頂き、目玉焼きを持ってきていただくなどのサービスがありました。 部屋は問題ありません。清掃の方も親切で、布団を2枚使うのを継続していたら、そのようにベットメイクして下さるようになりました。"
