"The only downside we had was our room was abit cold throughout our night stay, the radiator seemed to be on a timer for a short while, as it worked for a while then didn’t come back on so it felt rather chilly, our room was on the ground floor."

"I liked the fact the hotel would try to help you at reception and the breakfast was very tasty but would have liked to known I could have different options but buffet was good although felt could have been few pounds cheaper. The bar was relaxing but did not have time for the spa as wanted to explore Stratford which was walking distance away. The little touches from the hotel made a big difference to a lovely stay as they gave a nice card and chocolates as was our anniversary. Bed was very comfortable. "

"The hotel has been recently refurbished and on arrival the reception area is spacious and clean. The staff on reception were very friendly and check in was quick. The room itself had a very large double bed and was very comfortable. The leisure facilities were good - it includes a small pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym, all kept very clean and in good order. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the river and less than 10 mins walk from the RSC and town centre. We really enjoed our stay and would love to visit again in the future."
