"This great property based in Wroxham on the side of the Norfolk Broads had everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. We made many friends with the swans, geese and ducks who visited several times a day for a fee this was wonderful. The village of Wroxham has a wide variety of shops, some excellent takeaways and a green king pub all within a 5 minute walk. There is also a railway station which we didn’t use again only a short walk away.The cottage is a great base to visit the wonderful coastal areas. Horsey Gap being our favourite with the hundreds of grey seals along the beach there at certain times of the year luckily we caught them whilst we visited. Cromer and Great Yarmouth were also very good.The owners communication was excellent before our arrival and the access arrangements very clear.We will return in the near future when I will hire a boat for a day to discover more of the Broads."

"What a wonderful place. The room was large and spacious with a wonderful view of the river. Meals were flavourful and plenty. I genuinely say that the breakfast was the BEST I have had in all my years of business travel. "

"Stayed with friends and kids. Kids enjoyed the boat, didn’t go far but it was a nice touch! Kitchen was really well equipped to cook a full New Year’s Day lunch for the 8 of us, shame it’s already booked for next new year!"
