"Excellent location for an overnight stop enroute to Denmark and with the bonus of a great view overlooking the Kiel Canal. The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful we have met on our travels. "

"Very clean and brand new hotel! It feels like home and for the first time I have slept well in hotels because of the mattress. I have to admit that this property better than most of the three or four stars hotel. The biggest and only drawback of this hotel is that is located middle of an industrial area where city connection is a bit difficult. However, nearby there is a train station 'Melsdorf' where it makes travelling quite easier. "

"Rooms are small with uncomfortable/hard beds and rather thin pillows. No phone, alarm clock, clothes closet in the room. Bar employees were unfriendly. "

"Dejligt sted lige ud til vandet. Boede på 3. Sal i ny bygning med skøn altan og udsigt over strand og vand. Meget rent og pænt. Fantastisk morgenmad. Dejlig gåtur (20 min) ind til centrum langs strandpromenaden. God parkeringsplads. Mulighed for Spa som vi dog ikke benyttede, da vi kun boede der en enkelt nat. "

"There was a Golden Anniversary party the night we were scheduled to stay and the hostess noted music might go until 3 am. They found us a beautiful substitute location that my wife and I utterly enjoyed - and a very, very quiet night! I so appreciated the effort to find us great night of sleep."
