Low level of service.
Nice rooms but are missing hot water Tea/Coffee in the rooms. Annoying breakfast ritual where you need to order over disk. No hot breakfast. Asked about breakfast during check in. Was not informed that it was not included and needed to be payed for seperately until we was at breakfast the day after.

Ich wurde mit meiner Frau bestens Willkommen geheißen, Service rundum ToP Uns wurde sogar ein günstiges Parken angeboten/empfohlen,.. Das Zimmer /Suite 👌👌👍 Meine Frau und Ich werden definitiv wiederkommen/ erneut buchen wenn sich eine Möglichkeit bietet. Freundliche Grüße aus HH

Jeg kunne sagtens have givet hotellet 5 stjerner hele vejen, for det ER potentielt et dejligt hotel, med god indretning, god beliggenhed osv osv. MEN(!), min familie og jeg tjekkede ind på værelse 511 og blev mødt af en voldsom stank af askebæger. Noget personalet virkede helt bevidste om, og forklarede som en beklagelig følge af, at der havde været rygere i rummet, og at lugten var efterladt af det tøj, de havde haft på… (helt sikkert!) Og iflg dén behændige forklaring, er der jo så i hvert fald ikke blevet røget på det røgfri hotel, vi havde booket. Vi forsøgte at lufte ud, men vinduerne kunne åbne 10 cm, så det hjalp selvfølgelig ingenting. Vi modtog, da vi bad om det, en refusion på 25 euro pr nat, men ligesom med udluftningen hjalp det jo ikke på lugten, der skabte dårlig stemning internt i familien (børn var om muligt endnu mindre fan af lugten af 80’er-værtshus) og gjorde det ubehageligt at opholde sig på værelset. Hotellet havde ikke mulighed for at flytte os over i et andet. Alt i alt en super ærgerlig oplevelse, som jeg gerne havde været foruden.

Værelset var super fint og stort med gode dyner og puder. Der var god mørklægning og ro fra gaden, dog kunne man høre ind til naboen. Rengøringspersonalet åbnede døren idet de bankede på, så man havde ikke en chance for at stoppe dem og de kom en time inden udcheckning i stedet for at vente.
