Extra parking and crowds might be an issue in summer months since it is so close to the South End Surf Shop and SUNdays coffee shop,. Music from jimmy’s across the street does get a bit louder closer to the weekend so might be too much if you’re really sensitive to noise. "This is great location and the setup of 3 bedroom, 2 baths, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private porch with table and chairs, parking for 3 vehicles, outside shower and did I saw location??? Rental agent was GREAT to communicate and really appreciate their responsiveness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My recommendation is add full length mirror, add a 3rd or 4th TV, extra towels and privacy lattice on the back porch. "

"Great location and nice spot for a couple. Only concerns was some trash left in the garbage can, a cockroach got inside at some point, and blackout curtains desperately needed bc the outdoor lights are very bright. The bed is also not super comfy bc it’s a Murphy bed. Other than that it was clean, well-maintained, and the host is a great communicator. You can’t beat being that close to the beach. "

"Do not miss your chance to stay at this property! My husband and I went for a weekend getaway. This rental is EXACTLY as pictured even down to the cute little coffee bar. Everything was spotless and beautiful. Attention to detail made you feel comfortable and like you were at home instantly.
