Arrived early and our room was already ready for us, staff really good, entertainment in main bar good. "What an incredible place to stay—the photos truly don’t do it justice! My husband and I booked an upgraded room, but from the moment we arrived, we were treated to an exceptional experience. Check-in was seamless, with friendly and welcoming staff. The valet parking was a fantastic touch, making everything effortless. To our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to the Penthouse Suite for the night—what an absolute treat! The suite was breath taking, featuring a private hot tub, a stylish lounge and bar area, a massive bedroom, and a stunning bathroom complete with a separate bath (with a TV!), a rain shower, and even a steam room. It truly felt like a night of pure luxury—we couldn’t have asked for more! The food and drinks were absolutely perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were back in the originally booked room for the 2nd night (Penthouse was booked out) but we were not disappointed with this room either, as it was still lovely. The beds were very comfy too. If we find ourselves in Southport again, we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for a truly unforgettable stay!"
