"The house was great for our large extended family. Plenty of things to do in the house with pool, spa, pool table and ping pong meant for hours of fun together. The cinema room was brilliant in size for all the family ! "

"Relaxing "

"This property was absolutely lovely. Had all the utensils and equipment we could possibly need. Only recommendation would be for fat sorb to be added to the bbq to prevent flare ups. Loved sitting on the balcony having a game of uno and a bevy. Great place for a family gathering. It's hard to find a place to house the 7 of us and we had plenty of room."

"The unit is compact but has nearly everything required for our week-long stay. The location is great, as was assistance when required from the booking agent. Lighting in the living areas is quite poor and the smoke detector is located right above the cook-top, which made us reluctant to cook any meat in the unit, as we didn't want to risk being charged 1,700 for the fire brigade callout fee. "the owners have done an amazing job with this home. It's got everything you need for a holiday and is walking distance to North Avoca beach. This is a blessing when you have kids! The beds are super comfy and the air conditioning is so good after a hot day in summer.Hope to come back again soon!"

"An open-plan, sun-lit house, with ample space for large groups. Our teens and 18+ kids enjoyed to fooz ball and snooker table. We brought our own food and geoceries cause there aren't any stores nearby. Having free access to Netflix and other apps on the TV was great, and loved the Anchor restaurant right at the door of the property. The situation could'nt have been better, expansive sea views and an easy walk to the beach and shops. There is also plenty of onsite parking. I would stay at this accommodation again in a heartbeat. "Well appointed cottage, spotlessly clean and conveniently located to beach and local amenities.Our family thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Everything was well supplied and every last detail thought of down to children’s beach toys. The Hosts were very easy to deal with and more than obliging. Highly recommended."

"Communication wias great, place was easy to access, undercover parking, good amount of supplies ie coffee, tea, cereal, milk etc. Bed was comfortable, large ceiling fan and everything you could need was there. Very pleasant experience."
