"Beautifully appointed 2 storey townhouse style unit with all the comforts of home. All in a prime location which meant we hardly used our car with all the area has to offer within a short stroll. "We had a lovely couple of days in this character filled property with incredible views. There was everything you could want in the kitchen (and more). The lounge area was comfy and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck for lunch. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved Clareville. Such a picturesque area and the waterfront is practically on the doorstep. The boys also enjoyed the waves at Avalon beach which is only a few minutes drive away. I would highly recommend the Sundeck Cottage...

"An open-plan, sun-lit house, with ample space for large groups. Our teens and 18+ kids enjoyed to fooz ball and snooker table. We brought our own food and geoceries cause there aren't any stores nearby. Having free access to Netflix and other apps on the TV was great, and loved the Anchor restaurant right at the door of the property. Thank you, Sim, for being so responsive before and during our trip and helping us out when we got stuck with a few things. All in all, it was a really nice place to...

"We had a great time staying as an extended family to celebrate a special birthday. The property manager, Col was fabulous and met us at the marina and spent time with us to show us around the property and explain how everything works- he’s a real gem! We had a great lunch at Peats Bite restaurant and their boat picked us up right out front of the property. Our kids enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock and everyone enjoyed the spa. It was a lovely stay. "

"We came back for the second year in a row to Michelle's cottage as it is literally the perfect beach shack - clean, big enough for a family of four plus puppy, equipped with everything you might need during a holiday (I ended up having to put together a pavlova and I've even found a mixer to whip-up the cream!!), amazing backyard and ideal location - quiet but very close to pub and beach.We will be coming back for sure!"

"The size of the rooms and spacious layout of the house allowed for personal space amongst our whole family, including grandparents and 4 children.needing 3 cars for our trip made it a blessing to utiise the lockable garage and the kids loved the back balcony. The laundry was very useful and the large fridge and huge kitchen. We certainly felt right at home . The only attention to detail that may be getting overlooked due to generalised cleaning and long periods of sitting without guests is...

"Staying at Careel Bay for 2 nights was a Christmas present for my son and family who were visiting me from the US. They thought it was wonderful, perfect for a small family, fabulously located for exploring and, most of all, for relaxing at the end of the day in the pool staring at the view. "The house was clean, tidy, well set up and well presented. Upstairs has its own bedroom, en-suite bathroom and office area. It also has the deck that features in the photos overlooking the ocean. Downstairs are 3 double bedroom and a 4th bedroom with multiple single bunks. On the assumption that there are 8 people downstairs, the single bathroom/toilet (combined) can get congested. Of course the upstairs bathroom can be shared, but we found that generally people downstairs were reluctant...
