I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! The checking in process was OK, although the key lock box was very difficult to open, and it took us about 30 minutes. The apartment has everything you could need, including a bathroom and an en suite for the main bedroom. Really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and sitting room. There are lots of steps between different levels which was not a problem but could be for those who find stairs tricky. It was a perfect place for my work needs and I really hope to be back. "
