"The location of the store is terrific and there are nice little touches throughout. We particularly enjoyed the thermal area, restaurant and bar lounge near the reception. The ladder is a great people watching spot. The service was uniformly, super friendly and always helpful. If you are not familiar with Oxford, as we were not, please note that a lot of of the roads around the hotel Are pedestrian only, and Waze did not fully appreciate that. The porter came to our rescue and helped us navigate things. "

"Location was perfect for myself and the wife. We checked in and parked the car outside the hotel I would recommend paying for the valet parking. A couple of minutes walk and we were in the buzz of the city. Lovely Room, Staff were all fantastic and a Good breakfast 5 stars from us and we will be going back "

"Everything about the hotel was good. Only 2 feedback- swimming pool size is not as big as it looks on photo. We had dinner in the restaurant. The main waitress was excellent. There was another guy from bar area who was helping her out. He was rude. He should not be working there if he does not like the job. All the staffs could not do any more for us. But this guy is ruining hard work of rest of the team. "

"Stayed for one night whilst I was in Oxford, great accomodation! Service when checking in was great. Even though it's 20 minutes from the city centre, a bus route is nearby or many Voi scooters are nearby to use"

"We booked a last minute stay at this hotel and we are really glad we did. The staff were all absolutely amazing, they really made the stay. Everyone was helpful, friendly and polite. The rooms were great- large, comfortable and quiet. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was nice but a bit pricey. However the breakfast is great value for money and there’s a great choice at the buffet. The location is also a highlight- central Oxford is a ten minute walk away and is reached by a very pleasant stroll along the Thames. On a (very slight) negative note: I thought it was a little bit off to charge £20 for parking; and the pool was a bit crowded with nowhere to relax properly. Overall though it was a brilliant stay and I’d recommend this place to anyone. "
