"The property is very spacious and quiet. The rooms were an adequate size, and there were four bathrooms, which were plentiful. I enjoyed the open, dormitory-style setup on the upper level, with the large-screen TV. The sofa was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette did have a full-size refrigerator, which was helpful. "The hostess has done so many things to make you feel welcome! The house is older, (but well-maintained) which lends to its charm. Enjoy the firepit (wood provided) and the hot tub! My favorite thing was the upstairs bathtub reminiscent of a top resort hotel. "

"We were in town for a softball tournament nearby. Location was convenient. Area was quiet even though there were plenty of neighbors. It was obvious a lot of upgrades had been made to the house. It was clean and nicely decorated. Owner was responsive which I appreciated."

"We were in town for the Coast Guard Marathon. The race goes right by the house, and the kids enjoyed cheering along the runners. The road was also open enough that my husband could spend the beginning at the house, and meet me at the finish. We had our kids 2.5 and 5 with us. They enjoyed being able to see the horses and donkeys every day when returning home. On night one, there were two deer in the backyard, followed by 30 the next night. "Found the place to be filthy in a number of areas. No Towels & washcloths in the bathroom, found them later unwashed in the washing machine. Cockroaches in the kitchen flatware drawer, I could go on. Really pretty dirty overall."

"This property was the best equipped location I have ever seen. The kids and younger adults enjoyed the kayaks and all of us enjoyed the cornhole. My granddaughter caught three catfish, one flounder, and two turtles. She was thrilled. I would recommend this to anyone with kids or are kids at heart. Personally, the desk became my favorite spot with a book"
