"The front desk clerk was quite rude. The room had broken parts on the tub, the mattress on the pull out couch (gross!), the heaters were incredibly loud in the bedroom and living room, the water was filled with toxins which we could actually see floating in our drinking glasses. The bathroom was actually scummy. I had to clean the tub twice. It wasn't resort quality, however we did speak to the front desk clerk on our second day and she waived the resort fee. "This place was amazing. Located right in the center of it all. Communication was easy and everything was in order. The accommodations were clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The deck outside is amazing. It was a little chilly (November) however during the sunny daytime hours we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. This location is so close to everything. We enjoyed our stay."
