"We had the most wonderful stay here. The location is perfect and you can walk to The U as well as some good restaurants. This place is by far the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The owner thought of everything that one would ever need while traveling, including a welcome basket with locally made bread and cheese as well as fruit The cottage was exceptionally clean and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. We felt at home and look forward to staying again!"

"This property was very cute with decoration and the guest can see how much work they have put into this property. The space was great for multiple guests. They seemed to be in the middle of remodeling with several tasks unfinished ( missing outlet covers and vent covers in kids bedroom. The yard was mostly dead and flower beds full of weeds and the hot tub was green and 107 degrees, so we couldn’t use it. We did enjoy our stay here, but the dead landscaping was a minus for us enjoying the back...

"The house was very nice unfortunately the tubs in the bathroom along with the shower curtains were not clean at all. Also the towels smelt very moldy! Hopefully they address this soon! Other than that it was a really nice house "

"This house was great but just not equipped for a big party as advertised. No laundry soap, no utensils in kitchen . I had to go to the store and purchase spoons for cooking, had to go buy paper towels as well because the 1/2 roll left was not enough for an entire weekend with 16 people . The cleaning crew left garbage in the bottom of the can and just put a new bag over it. Over all okay but definitely needs some attention from management "
