"Fantastic stay at The Orchard Club. Great communication from the hosts. Lots of parking available. Very close to the main market square so great situation. Beautiful property with lots of period furniture, pretty prints and William Morris wallpaper. Bedroom was huge with a king size bed. "A great place to stay, clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for the one night of our stay. Lovely served breakfast by a really pleasant girl who was on her own but remained calm and efficient under pressure. Two small criticisms,couldn’t find plain old terrestrial tv but everything else available and the “garden room” we booked turned out to be the front garden on to the main road. "Read mixed reviews before my stay. Found it quite pleasant. Some people may find access outside of bar hours difficult as it’s via the fire escape. Location is good. A short walk to city centre & plenty of places to eat & drink in the immediate vicinity. It’s an old building but room was clean & adequately furnished & decorated. "

"Very cozy for a solo traveller. I like it when BnB's cater for them in that the room was no bigger than it needed to be and bathroom had shower/bath. The breakfasts were excellent. Fresh fruit buffet with a big selection of berries, cereals and some ham and cheese. As well as this they offer fresh cooked full English and other things you would get at a restaurant. "Such a bad check in. Took 15-20 minutes to get me into the room, which was terrible. Pictures on adverts did not represent the place. Shared bathroom with no toilet seat. Just such a bad experience. I prepaid for 2 nights and paid for another hotel second night so I didn’t have to stay. "
