However, we could only give it four stars as much maintenance is needed: burned out lightbulbs, loose handles on bathroom tap, wobbly chairs (easily remedied with simple tools), loose carpeting. "Simon was a very accommodating host, and insured we had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of room for a larger family, it was great.. Most everything you could need in the kitchen. Convenient location to everything. Will be staying here again. "

"We were in town for a show at the Moore and this was a perfect location. It was nice to park the car and know it was safe and secure. We could walk pretty much everywhere we needed to go. Pike place was a short walk which was nice. There were at a lot homeless around, but being from Vegas we weren’t phased. I walked to the Moore and back myself yet night and didn’t feel unsafe at all. There was a slight snafu checking in as we were given the wrong code for the call box, but that was resolved...

"This is a great spot for a weekend getaway. Feels safe and clean, and the pool was a great extra amenity. Only dock in “star review” for cleanliness was there were 5 or 6 stink bugs and a spider around the condo in various places. Could just be seasonal! Otherwise great place to stay. "

"Came into town for a Kraken game and this was a perfect location for us. It’s an easy walk to Climate Pledge arena and The Needle. Groceries and a terrific coffee shop/bakery within 2 blocks. Highly recommend!"
